Currently, Dr. Vesely enjoys working with a variety of patients whether its cochlear implants, hearing aids, or returning veterans. Dr. Vesely is well-known and respected in the audiology community. In 2008 Vesely won the American Academy of Audiology’s Presidential Award for his significant contributions to the profession. To date, he is the youngest recipient to ever win this award. More recently, in 2012 Governor Jay Nixon appointed Dr. Vesely to serve on the Board of Examiners for Hearing Instrument Specialists.
“My favorite aspect of Sound Advice Hearing Doctors is two part. First, I love when patients share their success stories with us. Second, I love working with the team we have in place exploring methods of how we can be even better.”
Vesely grew up in Cleveland, Ohio before moving to Searcy, Arkansas where he attended college. During his tenure at Harding University Brian took time to study abroad in Athens, Greece. Eventually, he moved to the Ozarks where he decided to stay. Brian’s beautiful wife Ashley used to work with him at the Springfield location, but has since retired to take care of their daughter, Kori.
Brian is very active with his church family, and when he is not working or spending time with family you can usually find him in the woods hunting or on the lake fishing. When he’s enjoying the outdoors, he always has his golden retriever, Wesson, with him.
